Frank Martino, Jr. September 1, 2015 Frank (Frankie) Martino, Jr. 32, of Kingston, formerly of Shavertown, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday at his home. He will be held forever in the loving arms of his mother Debbie Skiro Martino, who preceded him in death in 2004. Frankie attended Dallas High School and Luzerne County Community College; worked in the automobile sales industry in Las Vegas and Wyoming Valley area. Family, friends and teammates will remember him as a "Car Guy", a multi-talented athlete and the kid who "loved living life" He is survived by his father Frank Martino, Sr. and step mother Carly Lamoso Martino of Effort; brother, Albert Martino and girlfriend Dawn Freemore of Kingston, sister, Angela Martino Higdon and husband Jonathan; nieces Gianna, Serafina, Juliette, Francesca, all of Nanticoke; his buddy and pal Rottweiler Maximus; also several aunts, uncles and cousins. Also preceding him in death were maternal grandparents George & Vera Skiro of Mountain top and paternal grandparents Albert & Anna Martino of Luzerne. Respects can be paid at Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home 568 Bennett St. Luzerne, Saturday morning 9 to 11:00 am, friends and family are invited to say a few words and to attend a lunch at the Perugino in Luzerne. Those that are attending the brunch please contact the funeral home at 287-0293 by Friday at 1:00 PM. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
