Obituary of Bernice Waslick

Bernice Michaels Waslick November 4, 2014 Bernice Michaels Waslick, 75, of Exeter passed away on Tuesday at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born in Luzerne, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Jennie Berzinski Michaels. She was a graduate of Luzerne High School, class of 1958. She enjoyed crocheting and being with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sister, Joan Phillips. She is survived by her husband Vincent of 50 years; daughter Susan Hughes and husband Scott of Exeter; son Vincent Waslick and wife Sherrie of Shavertown. Grandchildren; Scott, Evan, Anna Marie, Abby and Samuel Hughes; Caleb and Zakary Waslick; brother, David Michaels of Beaumont and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10:00 am in Immaculate Conception Church, West Pittston, with Monsignor John Sempa officiating. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the church on Friday from 9 to 10:00 AM.
