So sorry to learn of Bills loss. He was one of the nicest and happiest people I've ever known. I fondly remember our times with WVW band parents and on the golf course. My condolences to Deanna and all the family.

My deepest sympathies and prayers to my "other daughter" Tracey and her entire family especially Dee on the loss of "Mr Turcan" That name was called out so many times by dancers of the David Blilght competition groups years ago! On hearing the sad news so many special memories of the competitions and parents groups came dancing back--like our perfect score!! Mr Turcan was so proud there and everywhere of his children and now his grandchildren's accomplishments--whether it was dance, track, band or college. Forever with a smile, forever with a twinkle in his eye after the latest joke or quick witted comment would leave you feeling and knowing how proud he was of his family and how much in love he was with Dee. Thank you for the happy memories and sharing your daughter Tracey with me all these years as she became my "other daughter" and her children my "adopted granchildren." Through Tracey and the love and laughter you instilled in her and your son, your legacy gracefully lives on!!

Dear Deanna........Marion and I were so very sorry to hear about Bill and wish to offer our sincere condolences. Our friendship goes back to the 1980's, first meeting as band parents, next golf and many dinners out. There were so many golf trips and stories, during the over twenty years of Golf. Space allows only for one. On one of the many trips to Conklin Players Club, it happened that Steve and Tracey were visiting and Steve joinded us that Saturday morning. On the 50 minute ride to Conklin, we mentioned to Steve how beautiful the course was and how Bill had discovered it during one of his sales work days with Standard.
We arrived at Conklin and it was totally engulfed in fog. We played the front nine in the fog. We arrived at number 10 tee and Steve says, "Mr. Turcan, this is probably a lovely course, if I coud see it." We had a good laugh and the fog lifted. We will miss Bill dearly, golfing and dinners at Fox Hill. God Bless You All.
Love, Barry and Marion
