Obituary of Michael J. Thorek

Michael J. Thorek April 23, 2015 Michael J. Thorek, 65, formally of Pittston died Thursday at Guardian Elder Care, Nanticoke. Born in Kingston, he was the son of the late Michael and Eleanor Zailskas Thorek. He is survived by children Caitlin and Eric; sisters, Karen and Susan; brothers, Brian and David. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial mass that will be held on Saturday at 11:30 am in Holy Family Parish, Luzerne. The family would like to thank the facility staff of Guardian Elder Care for the compassionate, caring and understanding they gave to Michael.
