Obituary of Helen G. Martino

Helen Ogozaly Martino May 7, 2015 Helen Ogozaly Martino, 92, formally of Edwardsville passed away on Thursday at River Run Nursing Home, Kingston. Born in Luzerne, she was the daughter of the late Adam and Grace Trescott Ogozaly. Prior to her retirement she work in cigar and dress factories. She was a member of Holy Family Parish, Luzerne. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank, who died May 12, 1982. Sisters, Clara Lee, Catherine Millsap, Margaret Riley; brothers, John Ogozaly and Joseph Ogozaly. She is survived by nieces, Frances Casey and Margaret Gydosh, both of Edwardsville. Funeral will be held on Monday at 9:30 am from the Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, Inc. 568 Bennett St. Luzern, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Holy Family Parish, Luzerne. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Carverton. Friends may call on Monday from 8:30 am – 9:30 am at the funeral home.
