Obituary of Mark W. Fronczkewicz

Mark W. Fronczkewicz October 31, 2015 On October 31, 2015 our sun didn't shine as bright. God called to heaven our beloved husband, father, papa, son and uncle. Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the Mary Zemgulis Fronczkewicz and the late Bernard Fronczkewicz. He was a graduate of West Side Tech, prior to his retirement he was employed by Blue Cross and Blue Shield in the mail room and before that worked at Forty Fort Lumber. Mark was very devoted to his family. He would never miss an event for his daughters. He was their coach and biggest fan! Mark's son in law were the son's he never had. When he had grandchildren, the world was not big enough to consume his love for them. Mark loved his nieces and nephews, especially God children, Amanda Stolarick Provow and Jarod Ritsick. He loved his in-laws like they were his own mother, brothers and sisters. He even had an adopted family in the Smacchi's. Mark was an avid North Carolina Tar Heels and Kansas City Chiefs fan. He proudly wore his team colors and shorts even if it snowed! But the best part of Mark was his joy of life! He always saw the best in everyone and everything. Mark could make your rainy day always filled with sunshine. Our world will never be the same. Surviving in addition to his mother is his beautiful wife of 38 years the former Suzanne Ritsick; daughters, Tara Tomczak and husband Daniel of Thornhurst, Brooke Lloyd and husband William of Firestone, CO. Grandchildren, Hunter, Austin, Trevor Tomczak; Will and Abby Lloyd; sister Debora Fronczkewicz, Wilkes-Barre; brother, Bernard Fronczkewicz III of Luzerne. Family would like to give a special thank you to the Rahl's, Yakus's, Lloyd's, Barsh's, Coolick's, Bustin's and Piskorik families for their endless generosity and support over the years. Also, thank you Dr. Fath and his nurse Jonelle for their care of Mark There will be a viewing on Thursday from 5-8pm at the Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, Inc. 568 Bennett St. Luzerne.
