Bob and I grew up together on Miller Street in Luzerne. I still remember the fun we had as kids climbing the "mountain" up to Chestnut St. at the empty lot next to the double block. When we got married and starting raising our families, he always found a way to keep in touch. I really looked forward to hearing from him or seeing him and Sue. I will truly miss him. Cousin Tom

RIP dear cousin Bob. I'm so glad we had some time together with your trips to Florida. I feel I knew you again during & after those trips after so many years apart since we were kids.
My love & thoughts to Susan & family. I know he was so proud of all of you & for all of your support during the years with his illness on & off plus how you all grew up as responsible adults. Big hugs to Susan I give to you what cannot be said but only felt.

I was very, very sorry when I heard that Bob passed away!
I knew him for more than 30 years and we met at the SSB both in Dayton many, many times over the years.
Yes, we had good talks and also a lot of fun.
He was one of my Buddies, because he had a heart of gold.
I miss you Bob!

My condolences to Sue and the family. Gonna miss you buddy. We had many good times together - VHF Contests, Dayton, Hamfests etc. Bob had a heart as big as Texas. Whenever anybody needed help, Bob was right there.

When I moved up from New Jersey in 1986 I met Bob. We hit it off for several reasons. The love of ham radio. The love of our country. And the love of guns.
Bob was very knowledgeable in some aspects of ham radio I knew nothing about. He was happy to pass info on. We operated as a team in many ham radio contests also. Sadly the last several years took a toll on my friend.
I loved busting his balls as much as he busted back.
I called him my mentor as often as I could. My friend Bob, here is my last call
