Obituary of Gertrude Mary Naughton

Gertrude Mary Naughton October 11, 2016 Gertrude Mary Naughton, 93, formally of Kingston, passed away on Tuesday at Mountain Top Senior Care Center. Born in Luzerne, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Shulin. She was a graduate of Luzerne High School, a member of Holy Family Parish and its Altar and Rosary Society. She was preceded in death by husband Robert F. Naughton; daughter Geraldine Horn; brother Joseph Shulin; sisters, Mary Shulin and Nettie Stefanko. Surviving is a daughter Elaine Johnson and husband Richard of White Haven, and a son-in-law James Horn. Grandchildren, Amy Fetterman and husband Fred, Rebecca Pesta and husband Josh, Bryan Johnson and wife Kristen. Great grandchildren, Derek, Olivia, Brady, Cole and Amelia. Sisters, Arlene Kardish of Edwardsville, Bernadine Mulcavage of Harveys Lake. Funeral will be held on Saturday at 9:45 am from the Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, Inc. 568 Bennett St. Luzerne, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 in Holy Family Parish, Luzerne.
