Obituary of Marlene Frances Bantell

Marlene Frances (Natt) Bantell October 26, 2016 Marlene F. (Natt) Bantell of Plains Twp., formally of Swoyersville passed away at home on Wednesday morning. Born Wilkes-Barre she was the daughter of Mary Gruver Natt and the late Edward Natt. She graduated from Holy Trinity School and prior to her illness, she was employed at Lollicup, Dupont. She was a western singer, performing at the VA hospital and on local radio. Surviving beside her mother are daughter Angela Sorrells, Plains Twp. and son Shane Bantell, Kingston. Brothers, Edward J. Natt, Luzerne and Victor S. Natt, Jenkins Twp. There will be no viewing or service at this time. Arrangements are entrusted to the Bets-Jastremski Funeral Home, Inc. Luzerne.
