Obituary of Mary Elizabeth Najaka

Mary Elizabeth Najaka February 28, 2017 Mary Elizabeth Najaka, 95, formally of Kingston, passed away on Tuesday at the Meadows Nursing Home, Dallas, Born in Nanticoke, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Mary Hazur Dogiel. She was a graduated of Nanticoke High School, class of 1939. She was a member of Holy Family Parish, Luzerne. She was preceded in death by her husband Bernard, son, Barry Najaka and brother, Joe Dogal. She is survived by sons, Bernard E. Najaka; Mark Najaka and wife Lynn all of North Caroline; sister-in-law Christine Dogal; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am in Holy Family Parish, Luzerne. Interment will be in St. Michaels Cemetery, Glen Lyon. Arrangements are entrusted to the Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, Inc.
