Obituary of Helen Sumpolec

Helen Sumpolec, 85, formally of Luzerne Towers, passed away on Wednesday at Hospice Community Care, Dunmore. Born in Mines Mills section of Wilkes-Barre City, daughter of the late John and Mary Dubik Keblish and late husband Walter Sumpolec. She is survived by daughter Janet Piazza of Swoyersville and son Walter Sumpolec, Jr. Private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family with Rev. James Quinn Officiating. Interment will be in Denison Cemetery, Swoyersville. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are by the Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, Inc. 568 Bennett St. Luzerne.
