Obituary of Frank Lemmon

Frank Lemmon July 4, 2018 Frank Lemmon, 65, of Kingston, passed away on Wednesday at the Wilkes-Barre, General Hospital, after a lengthy illness. Born in Kingston, he was the son of the late Elbert and Bernice Jenkins Lemmon. He was a graduate of Wyoming Valley West, class of 1971. He attended Cincinnati Bible College, 1974-1975. Prior to his retirement he was employed at Lettica, for 24 years as a forklift driver. He loved reading and going to restaurants, where he was known as "Book Frank". He loved fishing, baseball, football and rooting for the Raiders. He was a history buff and loved hanging out with his friend at City Tobacco and watching Jeopardy. Frank loved to make people laugh. Frank has been know to do a standup routine at the local Tudor book store. He had a kind soul and will be miss by everyone that knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandparents. He is survived by Richard Karlotski, longtime friend from grade school. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am at the Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, Inc. 568 Bennett St. Luzerne with Rev. Bruce Gowe officiating.
