Obituary of Alice James

Alice James September 10, 2018 Alice James, 96, formally of Luzerne, passed away peacefully on Monday at Kingston Health Care, Kingston. Born in Edwardsville, she was the daughter of the late Felix and Stella Riscavicz Niedjaco. She was a very special Aunt to all her nieces and nephews, and will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by husband William James; infant sons, Robert and Michael and all of her brothers and sisters. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Friday at 10:00 am at the Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, Inc. 568 Bennett St. Luzerne, with Rev. James Quinn officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Crest Cemetery, Trucksville. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 6 – 8 pm.
