I want to offer my deepest condolences to the family of Phyllis Evan.
Phyllis was the sweetest yet the most strongest willed person I've ever known. Phyllis was my friend from the moment we met. I Loved her for being a part of my life and bringing me to laughter whenever I was with her. Fortunately for me, that was often. I miss her daily!
