Obituary of Ruth Marion Taylor

Ruth Marion Taylor May 4, 2019 Ruth Marion Taylor, 85, formally Kingston, passed away peacefully on Saturday at Manor Care, Kingston, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Larksville, daughter of the late Frank and Nellie Borkowski Elko. She was a graduate of Larksville high school, class of 1952. Devoted mother and grandmother, she will be loving remembered by her family and friends. She worked for a short time at Wyoming Valley Real Estate Investors Association. She was preceded in death by brother, Frank Elko, sisters, Paulina Bilansky and Carol (Bunny) Finnegan. She is survived by son, Richard F. Karlotski and companion Marilyn Fravel, Plymouth; daughter Linda Krzywicki and husband Alan J. of New Hampshire. Grandchildren, Amara Hartshorn and husband Derek; Alan T. Krzywicki and wife Kyle; Tom Krzywicki; Jaynee Krzywicki; great grandchildren, Lucy and Wesley Krzywicki. Funeral will be held on Saturday at 9:30 am from the Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, Inc. 568 Bennett ST. Luzerne, a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am in Holy Family Parish, with Rev. Walter Jenkins, officiating. Interment will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, Dallas.
