We've been neighbors of Joe for over 25 years.. He was a wonderful neighbor.. always will be remembered for his kindness.. and his love for gardening.. always having his yard beautiful.. He will be missed.. thoughts and prayers to his family and friends..
How can anyone ever demonstrate the appreciation they have for Joe's kindness and warmth for all, especially children. Joe had an unlimited capacity for generosity with children and his encouragement and pride in others has definitely impacted so many.
