Obituary of Robert Krasniak

Robert Krasniak, 54 of Swoyersville passed away on Friday, October 15, 2010 at home. Born in Kingston, he was a son of the late John and Audrey Garey Krasniak, and a graduate of West Side Tech., Class of 1972. He was employed by Ross Dress for Less, Wilkes-Barre Twp. He was a member of Courtdale United Methodist Church, was active with its youth group and choir. Robert had a good sense of humor and would help anyone that needed it. He was preceded in death by his dogs Cheyene and Coda. Surviving is his wife, the former Mary Ellen Hoban; brothers Lewis Krasniak and his wife Nancy of Dallas, John Krasniak and his companion Winnie of Berwick; sister Susan Krasniak of Luzerne; dogs, Sally and Steeler, and many nieces, nephews and good friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, Inc. 568 Bennett St. Luzerne, with Rev. Cheryl Cavalari officiating. Interment will be in Idetown Cemetery, Lehman Twp. Friends may call on Tuesday from 6-9 PM.
