Obituary of Anthony A. Sheposki

Anthony A. Sheposki, 82, of Luzerne, passed away Thursday, Jan. 28, 2010, at the Hospice of the VNA, Heritage House, Wilkes-Barre. Born in Luzerne, he was a son of the late Anthony and Sadie Pastula Sheposki. He graduated from Luzerne High School, Class of 1946. Prior to his retirement, he worked out of the Carpenters Union in Wilkes-Barre and Robert's Roofing. He was a member of Holy Family Parish, Luzerne. He was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Sheposki. Funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday from the Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home Inc., 568 Bennett St., Luzerne, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Family Parish, Luzerne. Interment will be in St. Ignatius Cemetery, Pringle. Friends may call Monday from 6 to 8 p.m.
